FasTLife Trading is a trading brand. Will it use or contact my clients?
Do you need my Telegram password?
No. You create your own bot and connect it with Telegram's official business chatbot setting, with replies allowed and every other right off. We never ask for your password or login code. You give us the bot's token so we can run it. You send it in a secret chat, and we store it encrypted.
Do I need Telegram Premium?
We are still confirming this in our final tests. Telegram's bot documentation says an account without Premium can connect a chatbot, but its terms still mention business subscribers. If your phone asks for Premium, send us a photo before you buy it.
Will people know it is automated?
Yes. It says so first, for example: "Hello! I'm an automated assistant." It says so again when it next writes a day or more later. If someone asks, it is told to say it is automated.
What does it say about profits?
It is told never to promise profits or give financial advice, and a filter stops some replies that look like a promise. To "How much will I earn?" it sends one fixed line: "Nobody can promise results. Trading carries risk and you can lose money, so we give no figures." Your ready replies go through a check too, but no filter catches everything, so write them with care.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says a colleague will reply, alerts your staff group with a short summary and stops in that chat. The same happens for complaints, account or money problems, and anyone who asks for a person. The summary is written by AI and can be wrong, so read the chat first.
How does my team take over?
Write in the chat from the connected support account. It stays quiet in that chat for 12 hours, and each message you write starts the 12 hours again. It cannot see replies from other accounts.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes. It is AI. It is told to keep to the answers you approved, and filters stop some mistakes. That is why we test it with you first, and why your team can step in. Tell us about a wrong answer and we correct it.
Can I buy it today? Are these the final prices?
Not yet. This is a draft preview, and these are example prices, because real costs have not been measured yet. A very large knowledge base in many languages can change the price, and we would confirm it with you first. Write to us on Telegram.
Will it write to my existing clients?
Not if you leave them out. Save your active clients as contacts. When you connect, leave out your contacts and your existing chats.
Which languages?
Any language you need, and it follows the client's language. English, Italian, Albanian and Romanian are ready today. We add any other language with you and test it before it goes live.
Can it read a client's photo or voice note?
No. These go straight to your staff and use no credit. It can send your own photos, videos and voice notes.
What do I need before I start?
A Telegram support account, best one used only for support, and its phone. A private staff group. A phone for the secret chat that carries your bot's token, because secret chats work on the phone apps. An account can have one chatbot at a time, so connecting ours replaces any other.
What if it stops?
If credits run out or the bot is removed, it stops and your chats stay with your staff. Your dashboard shows it. There is also a monthly limit on how much the assistant can run for one account. The amount will be in your agreement, and if it is reached, it stops even with credits left. It runs on one server, so it can stop for other reasons too. Nobody on our side watches through the night, so a stop at night waits until morning.
Where do my clients' messages go?
To write an answer, messages go to our AI technology provider. You authorize that in writing. We store them encrypted for up to 30 days. Backups last up to 14 days more, and the provider keeps its own copy for up to 30 more days, with exceptions it states. Our operators can technically decrypt them to run the service, and you can ask us who has that access.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. Remove the bot in Settings, Telegram Business, Chatbots. Your account keeps working as before.
In plain words
You buy credits in packs. One credit is about one AI reply. No fee per staff member.
We count about one credit per message to keep it simple. Some messages use none, and messages sent within a few seconds of each other get one answer.
Not included: any tax, and Telegram Premium if your account needs it. We are still confirming both.
One-time setup. You pay it once. We load your answers and ready replies, help you connect your own bot, and test it with you before it goes live.
Uses 1 credit: a reply from the assistant. A ready reply, even with a video. The message saying a colleague will reply.
Uses no credit: the notice that it is an automated assistant. "ok thanks". A client's voice note or photo, which goes straight to your staff. A failure on our side, or a message Telegram could not deliver.
The final test uses credits from your pack: about 24 for the first language, and 18 for each other language.
Top up when needed. When credits run out, the assistant stops and your chats stay with your staff. Buy more and it starts again by itself.
Why "example"? Real costs have not been measured yet, so these prices can change.
